1. How do I delete pictures/videos?
Here's how to delete image/video filters:
- 1.1. Uploaded images can be deleted by long-pressing within any filter.
- 1.2. Generated images/videos can be deleted in batches by long-pressing in "Profile → Generations".
- 1.3. To delete a filter, go to "Profile" in the bottom right corner of the app, open "Filters," select the corresponding filter, and then click the share button in the top right corner to find the deletion option (deleted filters cannot be recovered).
2. Why did the generation fail?
Here are some reasons why your generation might fail:
- 2.1. Unstable network
- 2.2. Sensitive content or temporary server fluctuations
If you have ruled out network and content issues, you can email contact@a1.art for manual support. Rest assured, the points consumed in the generation failure will be automatically refunded to your account.
3. Why was my account banned?
Logging out of your account on a single device two or more times will be considered abnormal behavior by the system, resulting in a device ban that cannot be lifted. You can re-register using another device to continue using a1.art.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
We're sorry to see you go and apologize for any inconvenience. To cancel your subscription on your phone, follow these steps:
- 4.1. Open the Google Play Store app.
- 4.2. Tap on the menu icon (usually three horizontal lines) in the top-left corner.
- 4.3. Select "Subscriptions" from the menu.
- 4.4. Find the subscription you want to cancel and tap on it (a1.art APP).
- 4.5. Tap "Cancel subscription" and follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the cancellation.

5. Why was my payment successful, but the order was not delivered?
The following are possible reasons why you cannot use the app after purchase:
- 5.1. Network latency. Please wait 5–10 minutes for normal operation.
- 5.2. Close the app and reopen it to check if it works.
- 5.3. Log out and log back in. It should then work normally.
- 5.4. Insufficient points (VIP users receive their first set of points upon subscription, and subsequent points are awarded every 24 hours).
